Arkanis was a runaway nobleman from Cormyr with a penchant for good-natured trickery. He found a soulmate in lands near Luskan, but was whisked back to Cormyr by his parents to inherit their house. He never saw Amalares again, much to his long-standing sorrow.
Born in Luskan, Lucas quickly descended into a life of crime in order to stay alive, wherein he earnt his nickname. Eventually becoming part of the Shadow Thieves of Amn and heading one of their newest acquisitions in the north, Lucas was killed by his lover -- Marona -- when she sacrificed him as an atonement to her deity, Dispater.
